Grilled Portuguese Pork Tenderloin Skewers
Tender and juicy pork tenderloin marinated in a zesty Portuguese-inspired mixture, grilled to perfection on skewers. This dish is perfect for a summer evening dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Zesty Portuguese Marinadesee below for marinade ingredients
- β10-12 wooden skewers Portuguese-Style Skewers
- β1/4 cup Grassy Olive Oil
- β4-6 cloves Garlic Cloves
- β1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

In a blender or food processor, combine marinade ingredients and blend until smooth.

Place the pork tenderloin in a large zip-top plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, turning to coat evenly.

Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the pork tenderloin onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
