Zesty Greek Skillet Brie
A simple and flavorful skillet dish combining the creaminess of brie cheese with the zesty twist of Greek flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 (8 oz) wheel Brie Cheesesoft, creamy cheese
- β1/2 cup Zesty Greek Yogurtplain, non-fat yogurt
- β1 Skillet10-12 inch cast-iron skillet
- β1/4 cup Fresh Dillchopped fresh herbs
- β2 cloves Garlicminced garlic
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βto taste Black Pepperoptional
- β2 tbsp Olive Oilfor brushing skillet
- β2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Brush the skillet with olive oil and place it in the oven for 5 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle minced garlic over the bottom.

Place the brie cheese in the center of the skillet.

Drizzle the zesty Greek yogurt over the brie cheese.

Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over the yogurt.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Return the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
