Grilled Renkon Skewers with Souvlaki Sauce

- β2 tbsp Souvlaki seasoning
- β1 cup Zesty Greek yogurt
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β1 tsp Garlic powder
- βto taste Salt

Cut the renkon into 1-inch pieces and thread them onto skewers.
