Baked Cha Siu Bao with Sea Bass

- β2 tbsp zesty hoisin sauce
- β1 tsp chinese five-spice powder
- β1/4 cup chopped green onions
- β2 tsp grated ginger

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the cha siu bao dough according to the package instructions.

Cut the sea bass fillets into 4 equal pieces.
