Beef Curry
A flavorful beef curry dish with a zesty twist. This Indian-inspired recipe is easy to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound beefsirloin or ribeye
- β2 tablespoons curry powderadjust to taste
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 can tomatodiced
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat
- β1 tablespoon zestyadjust to taste

- βto taste pepperoptional

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
