Irish Cheese Fondue
A twist on the classic fondue, this Irish cheese fondue combines zesty with a smooth and creamy cheese sauce, perfect for dipping crusty bread.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Zesty Irish Cheddar Cheese
- β1/2 cup White Wine
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh Thyme

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Sprinkle the flour over the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the white wine, whisking constantly.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until it thickens.
