Irish Fish Paella
A twist on the classic Spanish dish, this Irish Fish Paella combines fresh Irish cod with zesty flavors.
Ingredients
- β500g Irish Cod FilletsFresh fish, preferably sustainably sourced
- β1 cup Paella RiceShort-grain rice suitable for paella

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat.

Add the chorizo and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.

Add the paella rice and stir to coat with the oil and mix with the tomato mixture.
