Jamaican Feta Casserole
A flavorful and easy-to-make casserole that combines the spicy flavors of Jamaica with the tanginess of feta cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- ●1 (9x13 inch) box casserolefor the base
- ●1/4 cup zestyjamaican hot sauce
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●1 medium bell pepperchopped
- ●1 cup chicken brothlow-sodium
- ●2 tbsp olive oilfor greasing the pan
- ●1 tsp paprikasmoked

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease the casserole base with olive oil.

In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper until softened.

Add the smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the jamaican hot sauce and cook for another minute.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked onion mixture, feta cheese, and chicken broth.
