Ethiopian Chicken Stew

- β1 large onion, 2 cloves garlic, 2 carrots mirepoix
- β1 cup kik
- β2 tablespoons alicha spice blend
- β2 tablespoons zesty
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β2 cups chicken broth
- β1 cup water

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the onion, garlic, and carrots to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender.
