Slovakian Broccoli Dumplings
A hearty Slovakian dish featuring juicy dumplings filled with tender broccoli and served with a side of steaming vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 head Broccoli
- β12 pieces Slovakian dumplings (Maultaschen)Available at most European grocery stores or online
- β1 cup, shredded Zesty cheese
- β1 pound Juicy ground pork
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Butter
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Slovakian dumplings according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the broccoli to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and well combined.

Once the dumplings are cooked, drain them and add them to the skillet with the pork and broccoli mixture.
