Chicken Empanadas
A flavorful and crispy empanada filled with seasoned chicken. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breast
- β2 teaspoons Zesty taco seasoning
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1/4 cup Corn oil
- β1 package Empanada dough
- β1 tablespoon Water
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and season with taco seasoning.

Roll out the empanada dough and use a cookie cutter to create circles.

Place a spoonful of the seasoned chicken in the center of each dough circle.

Brush the edges with water and fold the dough in half to form a triangle.

Press the edges together with a fork to seal the empanada.

Brush the tops with corn oil and beaten egg.
