Zesty Lentil Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious bowl filled with zesty lentils, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Zesty Tomato Sauce
- β1 cup Mexican Rice
- β1 cup Black Beans
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Lime Juice
- β1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the black beans and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the Mexican rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

In a separate pan, heat the zesty tomato sauce over low heat.

Add the cooked lentils to the tomato sauce and stir to combine.

Add the cooked rice and bean mixture to the lentil mixture and stir to combine.
