Tabbouleh Salad
A classic Middle Eastern salad made with bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, mint, and lemon juice.

- β1 cup bulgurfine or medium bulgur
- β1 bunch fresh parsleychopped
- β1/4 bunch fresh mintchopped
- β2 medium tomatoeschopped
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed

Instructions

Rinse the bulgur in a fine mesh strainer and drain well.
