- ●1 cup Zesty almond mixturemade with almonds, zesty cheese, and spices
- ●1 cup Molten cheeseArgentinian-style molten cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out empanadas dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Place 1 tablespoon of zesty almond mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Place 1 tablespoon of molten cheese on top of the almond mixture.

Brush the edges of the dough with a little water.
