Spring Rolls with Zesty Dipping Sauce

- β Zesty Dipping Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Dutch Processed Cacao PowderFor garnish
- β1/4 cup Monsoon Mango Chutney
- β1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
- β1 EggFor egg wash
- β Salt and Black Pepper

Preheat a deep frying pan or a deep fryer to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Prepare the zesty dipping sauce by mixing the monsoon mango chutney and vegetable oil in a bowl.
