Pinsa Bread with Italian Spices

- β2 tbsp italian seasoningdry
- β2 tbsp zesty olive oilextra virgin
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 cup water
- β1 tsp yeastinstant

Combine yeast, water, and italian seasoning in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes until yeast activates.

Add pinsa, zesty olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.

Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or pizza stone in the oven at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 10 minutes.

Shape the dough into a round or oblong shape and place it on the preheated skillet or pizza stone.
