Barramundi with Korean Zesty Glaze
A sweet and spicy glaze made with Korean chili flakes and zesty notes pairs perfectly with the delicate flavor of barramundi.
Ingredients
- β4 Barramundi fillets
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Brown sugar
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp, grated Ginger
- β1 tsp, minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Zesty sauce
- β1 tsp Anju oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Rinse the barramundi fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together Korean chili flakes, brown sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic.

Brush the glaze mixture onto both sides of the barramundi fillets.

Heat Anju oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Add the barramundi fillets to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

Brush the zesty sauce onto the barramundi fillets during the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.
