Thai Beef Stew

- β1 cup stewchicken or beef broth
- β2 tablespoons zesty Peruvian chili sauce
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 large bell peppersliced
- β2 medium carrotsliced
- β1 tablespoon fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add bell pepper and carrot and cook for 2 minutes.

Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
