Baked Algerian Bean Casserole
A flavorful and keto-compliant casserole featuring Algerian spices and beans. This dish is a great option for a low-carb meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp algerian spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup casserolesliced into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 clove garlicminced
- β1/2 cup onionchopped
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1 cup feta cheesecrumbled

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook until softened.

Add zesty beans, Algerian spice blend, tomato paste, and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
