Buddha's Wall of Delight
A unique fusion of Chinese and Turkish flavors, perfect for a delicious and quick dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 slices Pita bread
- β2 cups, chopped Lettuce
- β1 cup, sliced Tomato
- β1 cup, sliced Cucumber
- β1 cup Buddha's Delight (hummus)
- β1/4 cup Turkish Zesty Sauce
- β1 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the pita bread into triangles and toast until crispy.

In a large bowl, mix together the chopped lettuce, sliced tomato, and sliced cucumber.

In a separate bowl, mix together the hummus and Turkish Zesty Sauce.

Add the Chinese Five-Spice Powder to the hummus mixture and stir well.
