Dutch Chicken Stew
A hearty, comforting Dutch-inspired stew made with tender chicken and a blend of flavorful spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 teaspoons zesty stew seasoningdutch-style blend
- β1 teaspoon dutch mustardoptional
- β4 cups chicken brothlow-sodium
- β2 medium roasted potatoesdiced
- β1 medium oniondiced

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

Add the stew seasoning, mustard, and onion to the pot and cook until the onion is softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil.

Return the chicken to the pot and add the potatoes.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
