German Beef Larb Burger
A twist on the classic burger, featuring a zesty beef larb patty and topped with roasted flavors.
Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup Zesty Bread CrumbsBread crumbs with zesty spices

- ●2 tbsp German MustardCoarse German mustard
- ●4 Burger BunsSoft German-style burger buns
- ●2 slices Cheddar CheeseSliced cheddar cheese
- ●2 cups LettuceFresh lettuce leaves
- ●2 medium TomatoThinly sliced tomatoes

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C).

Form beef larb meat into 4 patties, about 1 inch thick.

Season patties with zesty bread crumbs and a pinch of salt.

Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Meanwhile, toast burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
