Jerusalem Artichoke Curry

- ●1 tsp Saùdi Arabian spice blend
- ●2 tbsp Zesty lemon juice
- ●2 tbsp Ghee or vegetable oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●1/2 cup Tomato puree
- ●1 can (14.5 oz) Chickpeas

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
