Jamaican Bean Lasagna
A flavorful twist on the classic Italian dish, featuring Jamaican spices and beans.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup Jamaican bean mix
- ●1 cup Zesty cheese
- ●1/2 pound Shattering ground beef (optional)Optional for non-vegetarian
- ●1/2 cup Chopped onion
- ●1/2 cup Chopped bell pepper
- ●2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- ●1 cup Canned diced tomatoes
- ●1 teaspoon Jamaican jerk seasoning

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.

Add Jamaican jerk seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.

In a separate bowl, combine Jamaican bean mix and zesty cheese.

Assemble lasagna by spreading meat sauce on bottom, followed by noodles, bean mix, and cheese.

If using ground beef, cook in skillet until browned and crumbled.
