Kenyan Bean Stew

- β2 tablespoons zestysuch as hot sauce or lemon juice
- β1 cup (250g) stewsuch as diced tomatoes
- β1 teaspoon kenyansuch as ground ginger or cumin
- β2 cups (500ml) water
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add bean, stew, zesty, kenyan, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
