Dabo & Oats Kheer
A traditional Indian dessert made creamy with dabo and silky oats, flavored with zesty spices.

- β1/2 cup oatssilky oats
- β2 cups water
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β1/2 tsp cardamom
- βa pinch zesty powder

Instructions

Rinse the dabo and soak it in water for 4 hours.

In a pan, boil the soaked dabo with 1 cup of water until it's soft.

Add oats, sugar, and cardamom to the pan and stir well.

Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes or until the oats are well combined.

Add zesty powder and stir well.

Remove from heat and let it cool.
