Thai-Style Pork Roast with Slovakian Twist

- ●2 tablespoons fish sauce zesty
- ●1/2 cup pickled red cabbage, finely chopped slovakian
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●3 cloves, minced garlic
- ●1 tablespoon, grated ginger
- ●1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ●1 tablespoon soy sauce

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, pickled red cabbage, brown sugar, soy sauce, and black pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the pork roast, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork roast for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
