Keto Slovakian Stew
A hearty and flavorful Slovakian-inspired stew made with pork and served as a comforting keto meal. This recipe combines the rich flavors of traditional Slovakian cuisine with the benefits of a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/2 pound zesty slovakian sausagesuch as kielbasa
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β3 stalks celerychopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups beef brothmake sure it's low-carb
- β2 tablespoons tomato pastemake sure it's sugar-free

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the pot and set aside.

Add the sausage to the pot and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.

Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
