Smoked Lamb Tibs

- βcut into 1-inch pieces 2 pounds smoked lamb shoulder
- βchopped 1 medium onion
- βchopped 2 medium tomatoes
- β 2 tablespoons alicha spice blend
- β 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- β 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- β 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β Salt and black pepperto taste

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes.
