Galician Smoked Cheese Fritters
A crispy, cheesy snack inspired by the flavors of Galicia, Spain. Perfect for a quick appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Galician cheese (Manchego)Smoked or regular, whichever you prefer
- β1/4 cup PistoRoasted red pepper sauce
- β1 tsp PaprikaSmoked or sweet, your choice
- β1 tsp ZestyZesty breadcrumbs or panko
- β2 EggsBeaten
- βto taste Salt
- β1/4 cup Water

1. In a large bowl, mix together the Galician cheese, pisto, paprika, and zesty breadcrumbs.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the water.

3. Add the egg mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until combined.

4. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small fritters.

5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

6. Add the fritters to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
