- β2 teaspoons Zesty Paprika
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 cup Red Wine
- β2 cups Beef Broth
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add sausage and cook, browning on all sides, about 5 minutes.
