Turkish-Style Beef Kebabs
Tender beef, marinated in a blend of zesty and smoky flavors, grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of flatbread or pita.
Ingredients
- β500g Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Turkish Spice BlendAvailable at most middle eastern stores
- β2 tbsp Zesty Olive OilInfused with lemon and herbs
- β1 tsp Smoked PaprikaAdds a deep, smoky flavor

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, spice blend, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix until coated.
