Smoky Celeriac Bake
A hearty, comforting side dish with a smoky twist, perfect for the colder months. The sweetness of the celeriac pairs beautifully with the smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 medium celeriac
- β1 tsp smoky paprikasmoky flavor
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 cloves garlic
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1/4 cup zesty breadcrumbsoptional, adds crunch

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Peel and chop the celeriac into 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, toss the celeriac with the olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Transfer the celeriac mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with smoky paprika.

If using, sprinkle the zesty breadcrumbs on top of the celeriac.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the celeriac is tender and lightly browned.
