- β1/2 cup zesty orange marmalade
- β2 fresh orangespeeled and segmented
- β1 cup heavy cream
- β2 tablespoons sugar

In a medium saucepan, combine the pudding and heavy cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
