Turkish Lentil Pilaf
A flavorful and nutritious Turkish-inspired dish made with red lentils and pilaf. Perfect for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- β1 cup pilafplain, unflavored
- β1 tsp zestyTurkish seasoning blend
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups waterfor cooking

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the rinsed and drained lentils, pilaf, and water to the saucepan.
