Vegan Poutine Fritters
A twist on the classic Canadian dish, these vegan poutine fritters are perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Mashed Zesty Potatoes
- β1 cup Ummi-Flavored Lentils
- β2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- β1 cup Canned Poutinedrained and rinsed
- β1 cup Beef-Free Broth
- β1 cup Vegan Breading

In a blender or food processor, mash the tofu, mashed potatoes, ummi-flavored lentils, and nutritional yeast until well combined.

Add the canned poutine, beef-free broth, and vegan breading to the mixture. Stir until a thick batter forms.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
