Mexican Yeast Sopes
Soft, fluffy sopes topped with a light and airy yeast dough, perfect for a quick and easy Mexican-inspired meal.
Ingredients

- β1 packet Mexican yeast
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 cup Water
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Zesty salsa
- β1 cup Shredded cheese
- β4-6 Sopes

Combine flour, Mexican yeast, and salt in a large bowl.

Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
