Saudi Arabian Date Pudding with Chinese Twist
A unique fusion dessert that combines the creamy texture of Saudi date pudding with Chinese flavors.

- ●1 package saudi pudding mix
- ●2 tbsp zesty ginger syrup
- ●1 cup velvety soy milk
- ●1 tsp arabian honey

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium saucepan, combine pitted dates, 1 cup of water, and 1 tsp of arabian honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until dates are tender.

In a blender, combine cooked dates, 1 package of saudi pudding mix, 1 cup of velvety soy milk, and 2 tbsp of zesty ginger syrup. Blend until smooth.

Pour the pudding mixture into individual serving cups or ramekins.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly jiggly.
