Venezuelan Tofu Salad Bowl
A refreshing salad bowl inspired by Venezuela's vibrant flavors, featuring marinated tofu and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β300g Extra-firm tofu
- β2 tbsp Zesty salad dressing (homemade or store-bought)
- β4 cups Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- β1 medium Red bell pepper
- β1 medium Cucumber
- β1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- β1/4 cup Red onion
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1/2 cup Venezuelan corn kernels (optional)

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes and marinate in zesty salad dressing for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

3. Grill the tofu until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, red bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and chopped cilantro.

5. Add the grilled tofu on top of the salad.
