Galangal Vietnamese Wrap
A flavorful and refreshing Vietnamese-inspired wrap with the unique taste of galangal. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 medium-sized piece, peeled and grated Galangal
- ●2 tablespoons Zesty Vietnamese Dressing
- ●1 large flour tortilla Wrap
- ●4 ounces, cooked Shredded Chicken Breast
- ●2 medium-sized Cucumber Slices
- ●2 medium-sized Carrot Shreds
- ●1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro Leaves
- ●1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
- ●2 medium-sized Jalapeño Slices
- ●2 medium-sized Sliced Scallions

Grate the galangal and set aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the zesty Vietnamese dressing and 1 tablespoon of water.

Add the shredded chicken breast, cucumber slices, carrot shreds, cilantro leaves, bean sprouts, jalapeño slices, and scallions to the bowl with the dressing.

Mix well to combine.

Warm the large flour tortilla in a dry pan or in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Place the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly down the center of the tortilla.

Add the grated galangal on top of the mixture.

Fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
