Pan-Seared Lamb Chops with Norwegian Inspiration

3. Place the lamb chops in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them

4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight

5. Remove the lamb chops from the bag and season with salt and pepper

6. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

7. Add 2-3 lamb chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side
