Mushroom Polish Casserole

Ingredients
- ●2 cups Mushroombutton or cremini
- ●1 lb Polish sausagecut into 1-inch pieces
- ●1 cup, shredded Zesty cheesesuch as cheddar or feta
- ●1 loaf, cubed Yeasty breadwhite or whole wheat
- ●1 packet Casserole mixoptional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté the mushrooms and sausage in a large skillet until browned.

In a separate bowl, combine the bread and zesty cheese.

Add the bread mixture to the skillet and stir until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

If using casserole mix, sprinkle on top of the mixture.
