Smoky Tofu Wrap
A delicious and healthy wrap filled with smoky tofu, crunchy vegetables, and a hint of spices. Perfect for a quick snack or lunch.
Ingredients
- β1 block (12 oz) TofuDrained and cut into small cubes
- β1 Smoky WrapLarge flour tortilla
- β1 cup Zesty LettuceRoughly chopped
- β2 tbsp Kicked HummusStore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium TomatoDiced
- β1/2 medium Red OnionThinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and cook the tofu until golden brown on all sides.

Warm the wrap in the microwave or in a dry pan for 10-15 seconds.

Spread the hummus on the wrap, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Add the cooked tofu, lettuce, tomato, and onion on top of the hummus.

Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
