Spicy Grilled Flank Steak
A flavorful and spicy twist on a classic grilled steak dish.

- ●2 cloves sminced garlic
- ●1 teaspoon spicydried oregano
- ●1 teaspoon flank steakground cumin

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).

Season the flank steak with oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Grill the steak for 3-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches 135°F for medium-rare.

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
