Slovakian Yogurt Pancakes
A simple and delicious breakfast recipe using Slovakian ingredients with a twist of yogurt, perfect for a monsoon morning.
Ingredients
- β1 cup slovakian yogurt
- β1/2 cup aerated sugar
- β2 cups monsoon flour
- β1/4 cup stir-ins (chopped nuts or dried fruits)
- β1/4 cup fry-safe oil
- β2 eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl, whisk together monsoon flour, aerated sugar, and salt.
