Thai Chicken Soup

- β4 cups chicken brothlow sodium
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat

- β2 stalks khalemon grass
- β2 cups airychopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
