Date Delight Bars
A no-bake energy bar recipe made with dates, almond flour, and coconut oil. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups date
- β1/4 cup coconut oil
- β1/2 cup almond flour
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1/2 cup chocolate chips
- β2 tablespoons almond butter

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a food processor, blend the dates until smooth.

Add the coconut oil, almond flour, salt, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Blend until well combined.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.

Spread the melted chocolate over the date mixture.
