Verde Glazed Apricot Crumble

- β1/2 cup, honey miel
- β1/4 cup, green Chartreuse verde
- β1/2 cup almond flour
- β1/2 cup, melted butter
- β1/4 cup brown sugar
- β1/2 cup oatmeal
- β1, beaten egg

In a small saucepan, combine the miel, verde, and 1 tablespoon water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, and egg until well combined.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and the miel-verde glaze until smooth.
