German Pickle Banana Cake
A moist banana cake with a sweet and tangy twist from the addition of German-style pickles. Perfect as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup german-style pickle, finely chopped
- ●1 cup bliss (confectioners sugar)

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed banana and chopped pickle.

In a separate bowl, whisk together bliss (confectioners sugar), 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened, and 2 large eggs.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
