Crispy Pork Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful Peruvian-inspired dish with crispy pork and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β500g Pork shoulderCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 Bitter gourdSliced into thin rounds
- β4 cups Crisp lettuceChopped
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 Chili pepperDiced
- β2 tbsp Stir-fry sauce
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced bitter gourd and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped crisp lettuce and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and diced chili pepper and cook for 1 minute.

Return the pork to the skillet and stir in the stir-fry sauce.
